Award-Winning Design: Eastdale Village Earns Prestigious Honor from The Urban Guild

GUILD-ED EXCELLENCE…  Eastdale Village Town Center (Eastdale) located in the Town of Poughkeepsie, was recently lauded for its outstanding design and community impact. Kirchhoff and Union Studios received a coveted 2024 Urban Guild Design Excellence Award from The Urban Guild for bringing the Eastdale vision to life. The award recognized Eastdale for its exemplary success integrating planning principals and the mission of The Urban Guild.
