Next Step is a collaborative program with the Dutchess County Department of Community and Family Services. The WFC works with their participants by specializing in professional development through goal setting, effective job seeking, job readiness training and education planning.

WFC is a one-year intensive case management program, which utilizes one-on-one mentorship, workshops, supportive services, and community resources to enhance their hard and softs skills in order to gain employment and complete training programs.
