Glenn R. Marchi, Ph.D. has been serving as the Commissioner, Office of Central & Information Services (OCIS), Dutchess County Government since July 2016. With more than 25 years of information technology (IT) experience, Glenn has held prior positions as a programmer, systems analyst, project manager, manager and director at Mercy College, Diageo and IBM Corporation. Glenn also serves as a colonel in the New York Guard, military state defense force, and teaches IT courses as an adjunct professor at the University of Connecticut. Glenn resides with his family in Hopewell Junction, NY.
