Bard College

Malia K. Du Mont is Chief of Staff and Vice President for Strategy and Policy at Bard College. Previously, she was Co-President of Amur Equipment Finance, but she has spent the majority of her career in the Pentagon, where she held multiple civilian and military positions. An Army Reserve officer and Afghanistan veteran, Malia is active in veterans issues in the Hudson Valley and serves as chair of Congressman Pat Ryan’s Veterans Advisory Committee. Malia received her B.A. in Chinese from Bard College and her M.P.P. from Harvard’s Kennedy School. She serves on the board of the World Affairs Council Mid-Hudson Valley and the Advisory Board of the D&H Canal Historical Society.
