Hypnosis is a heightened state of concentration in which the body and conscious mind are relaxed, while the subconscious mind remains alert and receptive to positive suggestions for change. In this hands-on class, you'll learn how to relax your mind and body to experience hypnosis. Hypnosis is a skill that anyone can learn and it's an excellent tool for smoking cessation, weight management, and stress reduction. This course meets for 4 consecutive weeks and each week builds off the previous week's lesson.
