United Way of the Dutchess-Orange Region will be hosting our first Pull the Tank event on Saturday, June 10, 2023 at the Orange County Airport! Organizations, businesses, families and friends will be challenging each other to see who can pull a WWII Combat Sherman Tank the fastest. The tank weighs 76,000 lbs. and will be pulled on a flatbed weighing 40,000 lbs., for a total of 116,000 lbs. All the proceeds from this event will get poured back into the community to help local veterans and families in need. Come and see the tank, and watch the teams pull!
