Ryan Parsons and his brother Ken Parsons embarked on an incredible journey together, turning Ken's small one-truck gutter company, Waterfall Seamless Gutters, into a thriving franchise empire known as The Brothers that just do Gutters. Ryan was working for an internet startup company who fell victim to the dot-com crash, and took a temporary job with Ken, installing gutters and applying his marketing and organizational talents to the business. With Ryan's help, the vision for something bigger was born.
In 2007, the brothers set their sights on franchising and worked tirelessly to perfect their business systems, launching two pilot locations in 2010 and officially franchising in 2015. As of January 2023, they have over 120 franchisees in 350+ territories. Ryan, a proud husband and father of five, now spends most of his time strategizing, mentoring, and imparting vision to the growing team. His hard work and dedication, along with his brother's, have truly paid off as they continue to make The Brothers that just do Gutters a household name across the country.
