Dutchess Tourism is currently offering the Guest Service Gold (GSG) Tourism® program in both English & Spanish through the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute for FREE to those who live and/or work in Dutchess County through August 16th, 2024.
This program is a professional and industry-recognized certification course that is ideal for anyone that works or interacts with customers and visitors. The course is entirely online, so participants can go at their own pace, and it only takes 2 hours or less to complete. The course consists of an introduction to Dutchess County Tourism, 5-minute videos of real-life customer service experiences and examples, brief interactive exercises and a multiple-choice exam. At the end of this course, participants will become Certified Guest Service Professionals®.
