For Student Athletes age 10+ looking to take their game to the next level, make the team, compete in college, prevent injury, improve coordination, strength, speed & agility. Whether they are in season or pre season, our former DII All American & scholarship trainers have a combined 15 years experience in elevating athletic performance and will provide your young athlete with the tools and resources needed to be successful on and off the field. Registered dietian athlete nutrition & education plan complimentary to all athletes in program to assist in building lean muscle tissue, improving performance and recovery. Group, team, and 1:1 training available.
