Description
Frank Rapant is a commercial-and-art photographer from Castleton-On-Hudson, New York who has been exhibiting photography and sculpture for 15 years. His exhibit, Ode to Duane, in the Cunneen-Hackett Arts Center’s Hancock Gallery at 12 Vassar Street pairs photographs with his handwritten writings and is an homage to artist Duane Michals. “
