Tickets for the event are $100 for a single guest and $500 for a table of 6 plus one waiter.
Payment in advance is required in order to expedite the check-in process. Cancellations less than 72-hours from the event and no-shows will be charged the full ticket price.

Step up and trade that suit and tie in for an apron and help raise funds for a worthy cause! Or come out and enjoy a delectable three-course meal paired with wine served to you by a local celebrity in the business community.
This event is open to the public - you do not need to be a DCRCOC member to participate!
Proceeds benefit the Cosimo DiBrizzi Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship, established by the family of Cosimo DiBrizzi, the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce and The Chamber Foundation, was created to honor the memory of this well respected restaurateur and friend to many in the Hudson Valley. The Cosimo DiBrizzi Scholarship is available to any resident of the Hudson Valley who is pursuing a career in the Culinary Arts at the Culinary Institute of America.
