Women of Maidan Screening at Woodstock Film Festival

The World Premiere of "Women of Maidan" will be at this year's Woodstock Film Festival. Directed by Olha Onyshko the film documents the 2013 uprising by ordinary women against the corrupt Ukrainian government to win a better future for their children. Onyshko will participate in a Q&A session. The film will show at Upstate Films in Rhinebeck on Friday October 14 at 2:30 pm and at the Bearsville Theater in Woodstock on Sunday October 16 at 7:30 pm. Ticket prices are available at woodstockfilmfestival.com.
The 17th Annual Woodstock Film Festival will be held October 13-16, 2016 in Woodstock, Rhinebeck, Kingston, Saugerties and Rosendale, New York. More than 150 independent films.
