Join Us For Our Annual Gala and Celebrate Our Community Honorees

I am pleased to announce it’s almost time for our annual black-tie gala, The Emerald Ball, on March, 12, 2022, and it will be a night not to be missed! As you know, these last couple of years have been more than a challenge for many in the business community, including all of us at the Chamber. We are all clamoring to get back to some sense of normalcy, and what better way to spread some positive spirit than by celebrating and giving thanks to those that have made a tremendous impact and have shaped the Hudson Valley business community for many decades.

Because, not only do we always have a great time, but we also take this opportunity to recognize several unsung leaders of the Hudson Valley, who have contributed a great deal to our local business community. Our Honorees this year are Timothy Dean from Marshall & Sterling Insurance for the Leadership Award; Stephen E. Diamond of Stenger, Diamond & Glass, LLP for the Community Service Award; Lori Cassia-Decker from Angels of Light for the Community Spirit Award; and Marcy Schwartz and Evan Hartman from Highway Displays, and John Coppola, Luigi Coppola, and Vinny Coppola from Coppola’s Restaurant Group for the Next Generation Awards.

The gala will once again take place (in person!) at the award-winning Hudson Valley venue, The Grandview, 176 Rinaldi Boulevard, in Poughkeepsie. See DCRCOC.org/gala for ticket information and to see a full list of sponsors.

Join us “somewhere over the rainbow” for a night featuring an extended cocktail hour, a full three-course dinner, a premium open bar, and great music for dancing. Plus, we give you chances to win prizes worth thousands in value!

This annual signature event would not be possible without the support of our generous sponsors, including our Gala Platinum Sponsor, KeyBank. You will want to get your tickets early, as this is always a sell-out event! I look forward to celebrating with you all, and proving that there is “no place like home” in the Hudson Valley. What better way to Think Local First?

Frank M. Castella, Jr. is the President and CEO of the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce
