Applications Open for Executive Leadership Class of 2023

Are you a mid-to senior-level manager, nonprofit administrator, or entrepreneur seeking to develop advanced leadership and communications skills to move your organization and career forward? For 2023, consider leveling up with The Chamber Foundation’s Executive Leadership program. Executive directors, sole proprietors, and high-potential career managers who are being developed for senior roles will also benefit from this program.

Here are some testimonials from the class of 2022:
The Executive Leadership program has been a very rewarding experience for me.  The program offers a perfect balance of instruction, networking, and skill-developing opportunities.  It enabled me to develop professional relationships with colleagues throughout the Hudson Valley region. I highly recommend this program if you are looking for ways to move beyond managing your team to leading your team to new heights of achievement.

I highly recommend the Executive Leadership Program. Sal, Steve, and Pam are excellent mentors. They, along with the guest speakers, generously share their broad wealth of knowledge. Participants will find support and learn from fellow Hudson Valley peers. I continue to benefit both professionally and personally from having actively participated in this very well-run program.

The Chamber Foundation is truly a one of a kind program. I’ve participated in several leadership programs over the years, none of which pushed me so far out of my comfort zone while giving me all the tools I needed to feel completely comfortable in that place.  Hats off to Sal, Steve, Laura and Co. for offering such a unique experience and truly preparing me for the next level of leadership!

The Executive Leadership program is organized into five modules that are scheduled between January and May 2023. These sessions will cover a set of interrelated topics that are critical to the success of executives in organizations of all kinds, including large and small for-profit companies, governmental agencies, healthcare, and not-for-profit organizations. Each module is led by executives with many years of senior-level, real-world experience. Sessions utilize various tools and activities to engage participants, including reading assignments, presentations, individual and group exercises, panel discussions, and, in the case of the Executive Communication module, recording, and individual coaching.
