Are you a mid-to senior-level manager, nonprofit administrator, or entrepreneur seeking to develop advanced leadership and communications skills to move your organization and career forward?
For 2022, consider leveling up with The Chamber Foundation’s Executive Leadership program. Executive directors, sole proprietors, and high-potential career managers who are being developed for senior roles will also benefit from this program.
Here are some testimonials from the class of 2021:
“I do not have a background in business or public administration. Everything I have learned from being an administrator has been “on the job.” This was really helpful for me to tie in what I am doing in my current role. I learned a lot of the business aspects of things that I did not know or ‘was just doing without knowing’. The class really put a lot into perspective for me.”
“I enjoyed the program and feel that it has positioned me for success if I follow the tools that were presented.”
“Thank you to Nick, Sal, Steve, Pam, the Chamber and all of the panelists for putting together a very engaging, valuable and well-rounded program.”
The Executive Leadership program is organized into five modules that are scheduled between January and May 2022. These sessions will cover a set of interrelated topics that are critical to the success of executives in organizations of all kinds, including large and small for-profit companies, governmental agencies, healthcare, and non-profit organizations. Each module is led by executives with many years of senior-level, real-world experience. Sessions utilize various tools and activities to engage participants, including reading assignments, presentations, individual and group exercises, panel discussions, and, in the case of the Executive Communication module, recording, and individual coaching.
