Applications Now Open for Leadership Dutchess and Youth Leadership 2023

Over the past several months, The Chamber Foundation has continued to offer successful programming despite the pandemic, offering in-person, virtual, and hybrid programming as the public health conditions require. Always looking ahead, it is now time to start recruiting for the next class of future leaders. Youth Leadership and Leadership Dutchess are accepting applications for the Class of 2023 cohorts!

Youth Leadership is an innovative leadership development program, open to incoming high school sophomores and juniors and designed to enrich area youth's academic, social, and life skills. A two-year program, students will develop personal and professional leadership skills, build character, and participate in career readiness training and post-high school education planning. Evening sessions will kick off in October, with in-person learning anticipated along with the ability to meet virtually if needed.

Leadership Dutchess has been educating local citizens for more than 30 years. Ideal candidates are early to mid-career individuals seeking to grow personally and professionally and get more involved in the community. The session will also kick off in October, with in-person learning anticipated.
