Are you a mid-to senior-level manager, nonprofit administrator, or entrepreneur seeking to develop advanced leadership and communications skills to move your organization and career forward?
For 2024, consider leveling up with The Chamber Foundation’s Executive Leadership program. Executive directors, sole proprietors, and high-potential career managers who are being developed for senior roles will also benefit from this program.
Here are some testimonials from local leaders who have graduated from the program:
The Executive Leadership experience has provided me with a valuable, realistic, and professional skill set I can prioritize into my future. Equipped with some new perspectives, especially in overall business and project management, I'm grateful for the engagement opportunities and dynamic panel discussions. I feel like I'm not walking away from this class - I'm just walking in a different direction with supportive folks to call on as professional colleagues and mentors. I've already been able to put strategies into practice well before this class was over.
-Jessica Dickinson, Pathfinder Foundation
The Executive Leadership program has given me new insight and skills that benefit both my day-to-day and long-term strategies in my career. I left each session eager to put in place what I had learned.
-Courtney Doyle, Children’s Home of Poughkeepsie
Secondly, here are testimonials from HR leaders whose companies have sent employees to Executive Leadership:
Hudson Valley Credit Union has benefitted significantly from the Chamber Foundation’s Executive Leadership Program, with 15 graduates since 2016. HVCU has taken advantage of this valuable development opportunity by enrolling senior leaders from all corners of our organization to increase their skills and learn best practices from an exemplary group of local executives. Currently, we have 12 alumni in leadership positions from Assistant Vice President to Senior VP/Senior Director level. HVCU’s investment in this exceptional community-based program has created lasting connections and produced a significant return on the investment by positioning several leaders for promotion.

At Peckham Industries, developing mastery is one of our values and is an essential skill. The Executive Leadership program run by The Chamber Foundation has been excellent in providing insights and best practices for our leaders to develop mastery. Our leaders learn from seasoned faculty who know the region very well and leverage best practices from other organizations. One key benefit for leaders participating in the program is developing an outside-in approach to addressing today’s challenges in the communities these leaders serve.
-Vice President and CHRO, Peckham Industries Inc.
