Fund Development Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Development/Fundraising staff member to join our team. This  role offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to contribute to our organization by securing vital funding and resources for the organization. It is important that the successful candidate has a general understanding of the purpose and goals of the organization. The person must be willing to carry out all the duties assigned and to represent Rebuilding Together Hudson Valley, our fundraising and mission based goals.
Essential Functions:

• Develop and Execute Fundraising Strategies
  • Identify and Cultivate Donor Relationships        
• Plan and Manage Fundraising Events
• Conduct Funding Research
• Donor Management and Stewardship
• Strengthen Stakeholder Relationships
• Monitor and Evaluate Fundraising Efforts 
• Grow Brand Recognition and Social Media Presence

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills:
• Proven Fundraising Experience:
• Experience with donor cultivation, social media development, and event planning.
• Technological Proficiency:
• Proficiency in fundraising software, donor databases, and relevant technology tools. Ability to leverage these tools to streamline efforts and track donor relationships.
• Organizational and Time Management Skills:
• Ethical Fundraising Practices
