If you qualify as media or an influencer under the above policy, or your represent a cable/streaming news network, please email info@balloonfesthv.com with links to your social media or to the news network webpage. If you do not qualify under the above media/influencer policy or you are not a cable/streaming news network, unfortunately, then we will not be able to accommodate a request for media passes.
