The ATHENA Awards reception will feature the 11 honorees being recognized for their accomplishments in their careers, community volunteer involvement, and willingness to serve as a mentor ? especially to women in the business community. 

Dr. Kathy E. Magliato will give the keynote address. Dr. Magliato?s personal and professional successes tie into the ATHENA Leadership Model, which captures the spirit and collaborative leadership style often exemplified in women leaders, while also recognizing the importance of courageous acts and fierce advocacy in pursuit of excellence.
